ALL our baubles are despatched from United Kingdom. This means that all purchases made via our website are protected by UK distance selling regulations. Also our business is registered in the UK. Please be advised that purchasing goods from outside the UK makes you vulnerable to fraud. For information related to our returns policy, please consult our Terms and Conditions.

We are now offerring FREE SHIPPING to UK and Republic of Ireland

This is done to provide maximum security of items that are very fragile.

Items are usually dispatched on the next working day if ordered before 4 pm, and on the day after if ordered after 4 pm. Items requiring personal message ordered after 4 pm on Friday, will be dispatched on Tuesday morning as the latest. Items ordered after 4 pm on Friday without personal message will be dispatched on Monday morning.

Due to busy periods before Christmas and Easter, we cannot guarantee delivery on time, so please order early to give us and postal services to deliver your order on time.

Packages that were unable to be delivered and where no contact has been made by you, will be returned to netplant and you will be charged for the return to us. If you require the package to be re-sent you will be charged again for the delivery, so please make every effort to contact us. If you have an unusual address or numbering of the buildings or you know the address to be hard to find, please include these details on your order or email us separately with the details immediately after placing the order, so we can contact Royal Mail to ensure the best possible chance of your parcel being delivered on time. We are unable to issue refunds for late delivery by courier or post when netplant has fulfilled its obligation in despatching on time. Packages that were unable to be delivered and where no contact has been made by you, will be returned to netplant and you will be charged for the return to us.
